Provisions and principles governing the promotion of electromobility in Cyprus, as well as the framework for the installation and operation of Recharging Points, are converted by the following legislation:

• Promotion and Development of Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Law of 2017
• Promotion and development of alternative fuels infrastructure (technical requirements for electric vehicle recharging points) Decree of 2021.
• National Policy Framework.
• Regulatory Decision of 2016 of CERA on the basic principles of the framework for the development and operation of the market for the recharging infrastructure of electric vehicles.
